Featured Teacher: Jing

Admitting that yoga was just a time-filler in the beginning, Jing has since discovered the 'magic' that motivates her to practise every day. She thoroughly enjoys sharing and growing with her students, which shows in her patient step-by-step instruction. Jing's ultimate embarrassing and profound moments while practising yoga both have to do with 'nature' - one with 'nature calling' and the other with Mother Nature.

Where are you originally from?
I'm from Taipei, Taiwan.

I've been teaching for about 2 years now.

I started yoga as a way to simply kill time at first. Then it became so much more…

What do you find challenging about teaching?
I always try to encourage students and do my best to explain some of the difficult yoga postures step-by-step, so my students will make steady progress in their yoga practice.

Students and teacher are all happy, enjoy the class and feel completely free.

Once I wanted to use the bathroom during a class, so throughout the class I might have had some funny expressions on my face because I had to hold it till the class was done.
