Join Dice and Briohny in an inversion and arm balancing transitioning from upside down to right side up. The playful aspect of yoga is fun and rigorous with a focus on body awareness and key alignment points to help get in and out of risky poses in an intelligent and safe way.

About Dice and Briohny
Dice was originally trained in the Anusara method. Though Anusara based, Dice considers himself a student of the Flow. Briohny has completed a 200hour TT at Yogaworks with Annie Carpenter and later went on to complete her 300hour with Lisa Walford and Kia Miller. Her current video for Equinox's Q blog has reached well over 2.5 million views and she hopes to continue inspiring Yogis everywhere.
