Explore the inverted yoga practice through foundational elements for handstands and forearm balances. Build confidence and strength in the shoulders, chest and abdominals, and open the upper back, chest and shoulders, as well as the hip flexors and hamstrings through floor and standing backbends.
Handstands - Downward Facing Tree

Shift your perspective upside down with handstands to find balance from your fingertips through your toetips. Using the wall, blocks, straps and some partner work, explore the many benefits to handstands.

About Dice and Briohny
Dice was originally trained in the Anusara method. Though Anusara based, Dice considers himself a student of the Flow. Briohny has completed a 200hour TT at Yogaworks with Annie Carpenter and later went on to complete her 300hour with Lisa Walford and Kia Miller. Her current video for Equinox's Q blog has reached well over 2.5 million views and she hopes to continue inspiring Yogis everywhere.
