| AcroYoga® |
AcroYoga® blends the three ancient lineages of Yoga, Thai Massage, and Acrobatics to form the foundation of a unique new practice that cultivates trust, connection and playfulness. Through practicing AcroYoga, we experience a deepening trust in ourselves and others, and realize that by working in partnership, we manifest more than we ever could alone. Class may include: circle ceremony, asana, partner flow, Thai massage, therapeutic flying, inversions & spotting, and partner acrobatics. All levels of yogis are invited to come and find their Yoga practice challenged and expanded. Come support and be supported. No partner required.

Deepen your practice in this iyengar inspried, alignment driven class that will fine tune your asana technique. Props and the rope wall may be utilized based upon class theme.

| Anusara |
A system of hatha yoga that is heart-oriented, spiritually inspiring and yet grounded in a deep knowledge of outer and inner body alignment. Anusara integrates three key areas of practice: attitude, alignment and action. It is an all-inclusive yoga in which each student’s various abilities and limitations are deeply respected and honored.

| Ashtanga Led |
The classical form of power yoga as taught in its traditional sequence. Combines power and flexibility with movement, bandhas and breath to produce an energetic and detoxifying practice.

Careful attention to alignment and the use of both gentle traction and gentle core-strengthening will help to relieve discomfort and improve posture while building your Yoga practice. This class is suitable for students of all levels.

An iyengar inspired introduction to the fundamentals of yoga with an explanation of the postures combined with correct breathing techniques. Class is conducted at a more relaxed pace where students are encouraged to ask questions. Ideal for first timers to yoga.

This multi-level postpartum Anusara yoga class is specifically designed to reawaken and strengthen your body---with an emphasis on your core--- after giving birth, while you to practice yoga with your baby. Baby yoga and songs are included. Regain physical, mental and emotional strength during the early months of motherhood and meet other new moms and babies.

The traditional method by which Ashtanga Yoga is taught in Mysore, South India. Students are individually and gradually taught the Primary Series of Ashtanga until they are able to practice the sequence from memory. When Primary Series is complete, Intermediate Series then follows. Class is open to anyone interested in learning this method. Students may arrive anytime within the first hour of the class.

This class begins with a fiery Yang(Vinyasa) practice to build heat in the body. This heat prepares the body to then melt deeply into 30 minutes of Yin yoga (restorative, deep release).

| Zenyasa |
Zenyasa is a complete mind/body wellness system that incorporates elements of Buddhist philosophy and practice, vinyasa yoga and functional strength training. Each class includes seated meditation, slow-paced but challenging warm-up sequences and a five-element class theme that address specific muscle groups and meridian pathways. These themes are systematically alternated to ensure a well-balanced practice that strengthens and stretches every major muscle in the body.
