KIDS' YOGA 

Introducing Yogi Beans® at Pure—fun, kid-friendly yoga classes incorporating age-appropriate poses, games, props, music, and exercises to engage children’s bodies and minds. All classes end with time for students to lie down, relax and receive a calming foot rub. No prior yoga experience is required for kids or parents.

Pricing:

Single Class: $40
12 week Series: $360 ($30 per class)
6-class Card: $210 ($35 per class)


  • Reservations for classes are recommended as classes fill up. 12-week series will be enrolled in the entire series, 6-week series and drops ins must reserve for each class.  
  • All winter series, class cards & drop ins expire on December 23, 2016
  • All classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead of time to receive a make up.​
ME AND MY BEAN YOGA (1 - 3 Years)

Moving at an energetic pace, this engaging class uses simple hands-on exercises, fun props and games to teach your child basic yoga poses through repetition and age-appropriate activities. Class is 45 minutes, and parent or caregiver participation is required.

MINI-BEAN YOGA 3-6 Years

Mini-Bean Yoga classes are extremely imaginative and creatively introduce all age-appropriate poses and activities. Classes incorporate easily understood explanations of breathing techniques, yoga poses and focus and concentration exercises all while maintaining a fun and playful environment. Classes end with time for mini-beans to lie down, relax and receive a calming foot rub (their favorite part of class!). 45 minutes.

FAMILY YOGA (4 - 8 Years)

Moving at an energetic pace, this engaging class uses simple hands-on exercises, fun props and games to teach your child basic yoga poses through repetition and age-appropriate activities. Yoga practiced as a family is a wonderful way to instill cooperation, communication and respect between children and parents (and even siblings!). Extra emphasis placed on teamwork and collaboration through partner poses and group games. At the end of each Family Yoga class a calm environment is created for you and your bean to relax and have a restful Svasana. No adult yoga experience is necessary. Price includes reservation for one adult and one child. 45 minutes.

BEAN YOGA (6-10 Years)

Using games, props and light introduction to alignment, children will experience an age-appropriate class that is both fun and challenging. Through creative yoga adventures, beans will be introduced to partner together with standing poses, backbends, twists and basic inversions. Class is 45 - 60 minutes.

*4-8 Years

TWEEN YOGA (9 - 13 Years)

Using a more mature approach to yoga poses in a non-competitive environment, students learn how to develop awareness and full-body coordination. They explore basic arm balances, hip openers, inversions and restorative yoga while also learning larger yoga concepts through discussions, games and meditations. Class is 60 - 70 minutes.

TEEN YOGA (13-16 Years)

Teen Yoga builds on Yogi Beans' Tween curriculum by placing greater emphasis on correct alignment in poses and body awareness. A playful atmosphere is encouraged through inclusion of inversions, arm balances, and deeper backbends that help build strength, flexibility and confidence. As being a teen can be a stressful time, classes will also focus on restorative poses, meditation, breathing and discussion. Class is 70 minutes.
